Problem to see mermaid

Mermaid not working?

Hi, somehow my markdown Mermaid diagram not visible any more via VS Code "Open Preview"? does markdown Preview power VS Code Live Preview too? Mostly NOT related to my other recent Node settings (.npmrc for hardened setup to prevent supply chain attack etc), so just raise any issue here to see anyone else is experiencing the same problem while I'm self checking what's going on here...
